We suggest you wash all items with gentle machine wash with mild detergent. Hand wash or dry clean is specified when required. For placemat and runner specifically and other items too, we suggest avoiding tumble drying; this will give your product a longer life.

Most of our fabrics are in cotton, a natural fabric, and will have a 3-4% shrinkage after the first wash. We suggest you keep this in mind while ordering items like tablecloths. The more gentle you are with the product, the longer will last! 

No, the price of all Bottega Pereira’s cushions does not include a poly-fiber filler if not specifically mentioned. However, you can buy the fillers separately on the website .

Our headquarter, factory, and warehouse are based in Chennai.

For placemat and runner, use warm iron on reverse while item still damp. 

Unfortunately we do not accept Cash on delivery.

We accept all debit cards, credit cards, UPI and all forms of online payments.

You can cancel your order up to five hours after purchase. Please email us at wecare@bottegapereira.com to send a cancellation request.

Products can only be returned in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product is incorrect.

It will take 7-14 business working days to process the cancellation/refund once approved from our end.

Once your order has been received, you will not be unable to make changes. We ask that you ensure items, quantities and your delivery address are correct when processing the order. We ask that you create a new order if you wish to add items. We will try our best to combine the orders.

As soon as your order has been placed,an email as well as a WhatsApp notification with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email/message

Typical delivery times expected are:

• Chennai and Tamil Nadu  Approximately 2-4 business days
• Metro like Mumbai-Delhi- Kolkata- Approximately 3-6 business days
• Rest of India - Approximately 5-10 business day
